Dear Heavenly Father, I come to You in the name of Jesus.
  I believe in my heart Jesus Christ is the Son of God.
  I believe He was raised from the dead for my salvation.

You said in Your Word, "...If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus
  and believe in your heart that God has raised Him
  from the dead, YOU WILL BE SAVED."
  And, "...Whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved."   (Rom.10:9-10)

Right now, I call upon the name of the Lord. Come into my heart, Lord Jesus, and save me.
  Cleanse me from all sin.  Make me Your child, and show me Your ways.

I choose to walk with You all the days of my life.  Thank you for hearing my prayer, Lord.  Amen.
